By commissioning me you confirm that you are a legal adult (18+) and have read and agree to these terms of service.
You must submit a commission form to be considered.
Commission slots are not first come, first serve.
Submitting a form does not guarantee a commission slot.
NSFW content is allowed, but I have the right to refuse to draw anything I am not comfortable with.

Process and Timing

Throughout the process, I will send progress shots of the work for the Client’s review and comment. This is your chance to make any changes, please don’t hesitate- I want to create work that you enjoy! Big changes like poses should be made at the sketch phase, with smaller changes permitted at the remaining steps.
Work will not proceed to the next stage without approval from the Client.

After the final artwork is delivered, only small tweaks will be made. Any major changes at this point would indicate a significant scope of work change at your direction. Fees for additional services will be negotiated by the Artist and Client for major changes to the work after the final artwork is delivered.
From start of work to finish, most commissions are completed within 2-10 weeks. This does not include queue time or Client delays in approval of progress images. Should there be a delay the Artist will contact the Client with updates.

Deliverables

The Client will receive progress images throughout the process.
Upon completion, the Client will receive a high resolution image file in JPG format. Additional formats are available upon request.

Pricing and Payment

Invoices will be sent via Paypal.
All prices are listed in USD- Paypal handles any currency conversion.
Commission pricing will be quoted based on your request; pricing is subject to variation depending on complexity.
Work will not begin until full payment is received up front. Commissions above $200 can be paid with a payment plan to be agreed upon before commencing work.
Payment must be received within 72 hours of when the invoice is sent or the invoice will be cancelled and your commission removed.
Tips are not required, but always appreciated! Tipping is available from the invoice, or via Paypal or Ko-fi.

Cancellation and Refunds

The Artist and Client each reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point.
A full refund will be provided if no work has been done on the commission.
After work has commenced, a partial refund will be provided relative to the percentage of work completed.
If the commission is completed, final payment received, and the client has received the product- the legal contract between artist and client has been concluded and no refund will be issued.

Image rights

Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. This means the Client may not profit from the work in any form. For commercial use, a separate agreement is needed and can be discussed and negotiated between Client and Artist.
Personal use means the Client is free to use the image for all non-commercial uses, for example; profile pictures or banners, displaying on social media or online galleries, or printing for personal use. Please provide artist credit when posting online.
The rights to the character depicted will stay with their respective rights owners. The Artist will not retain rights to the character depicted unless it is my own original creation.
The Artist retains rights to the finished artwork, this includes the right to display the image in a portfolio, displaying in online platforms, and commercial purposes such as selling prints.
The Artist has the right to stream progress of the work via services like Twitch or Picarto unless otherwise specified by client.
Absolutely no NFTs.
The artwork may not be used in AI image generation.

Things I will not draw

Hateful themes
NSFW involving underage characters
Scat, urination, vomit, excessive blood
Police, military, or guns- outside of a fantasy/sci-fi setting
Violence and Gore is case by case basis- I’ll decline if it’s too much for me, sorry!
